Departmental Proxies can now do several of their tasks using the web interface.
These are:

* Create a Unit Entry

Departmental Proxies can create a Directory Entry for a departmental entry that is not a person via this interface.

Please note: If you are prompted for a username and password, please use your username and password. (You will then be logged on with your proxy ability.)

* Modify a Unit or Person entry

Modifications to an individual directory entry for which you are a proxy can be done in the same manner in which you modify your own personal directory entry.

Please note: If you are prompted for a username and password, please use your username and password. (You will then be logged on with your proxy ability.)

If you know the alias for which you would like to make changes, please enter it here and select "Send Query":

Alias of Entry:

OR, you can lookup the entry using the normal interface, click on "Details", and proceed to: I am the proxy for this entry and would like to "change the information".

*Modify Department-Wide

Departmental Proxies can make department-wide modifications to certain fields via this interface.

* Delete a Unit Entry

Departmental Proxies can delete a Directory Unit (Non-Person) Entry via this interface.

Please note: If you are prompted for a username and password, please use your username and password. (You will then be logged on with your proxy ability.)

* Search and Reporting

Departmental Proxies can use this interface to run broader searches and generate reports.

Please note: When you are prompted for a username and password, please use your username and password. (You will then be logged on with your proxy ability.)
